How quickly will I receive my photos?

Standard delivery is within 24 business hours for real estate packages. Portrait sessions are delivered within 3–5 business days. Rush same-day delivery is available as an add-on.

Do you travel outside West Virginia?

Absolutely. We serve all of WV and surrounding states including Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, and Ohio. A mileage fee applies beyond 50 miles from our base.

Are you licensed to fly a drone?

Yes — fully licensed under FAA Part 107 and insured. We handle all airspace authorization, flight planning, and compliance.

What if the weather is bad on shoot day?

We monitor weather closely and will proactively reschedule if conditions would compromise photo quality. Rescheduling is always free of charge.

Can I request specific shots or angles?

Of course. We welcome shot lists and love working with detailed briefs. Share a list at booking or we'll walk the property with you before shooting.

How do I receive and share my gallery?

You'll receive a private link to your online gallery with high-resolution downloads. The gallery is password protected and easily shared with clients or family.
